Hey folks first I'm glad to have found a forum on the Vision as my dealer is pretty clueless.

With this in mind I bought a new Vision Premium Tour but they seem to be completely at a loss to tell me how to turn on the heated seats. Any help would be appreciated since the owners manual doesn't cover this either. Thanks in advance....... T

Page 61 in the manual will explain the heated seat controls. Hope your weather warms soon so you don't need it, and congrats on the new bike.

The controls for the heated seats are on the left side of the bike, inboard of the grab handle. There is a recess there, and two toggle switches that go fore and aft. The forward switch is for the rider's seat, aft one is for the passenger seat. Forward position is warm, middle is off, rearward is HOT!------Metalguy

Any dealer worth his salt should explain the features of the machine......Before you ride away. its also the owners responsibilty to read the owners manual cover to cover at least twice

On my bike, rearward is warm and forward is HOT so you may need to experiment to confirm which way your switch operates.
I absoloutely love the heated seats on the Vision. If the roads are bare you can easily ride in comfort at 3-4 degrees above freezing for 2-3 hours....at least that's what happened to me on March 29th when I picked up mine.

What newfie said. Forward on either switch will toast your buns, literally!

Gah!

Every time we hit a bump today, the heated seats would kick on to 'HIGH'. I'm thinking this is not a feature I'm looking for. Heated buns - yes.

Randomly scorched buns - NO.

I'll have them check it at the 500 mile service on Monday. Gotta be a loose connection.
