Starts tomorrow. Who is going?

I should be there on Saturday for a few hours. Where are the Victory Riders going to be?

You guys are so lucky to have all these rallies all year round, I want to live in America so much and become part of this scene.

If any of you work for the railroad and know of anyone hiring, I am a fully qualified Railway worker, with 20 odd years expirence as a signallman (I belive you call them rail depatchers over there) then give me a shout, I would sell up and come out there at the drop of a hat, we did a drive two years ago, from LA, too Las Vegas and back to San Fracisco, over a 5 week period and fell in love with the place

I am thinking I need a vacation... Anyone having a rally the end of July or in August? National meet is out of the equation.

Lesco,

Starting in March there is a rally that I can ride to (within 500 miles) almost every weekend. In South Texas we have year round riding weather. It is hot....I mean HOT in the summer but the winters are normally mild. Today it will be about 75F for a low and 100F high.

One of my work/riding friends was born in the East End of London. After living in Texas it has changed him. He is now a motorcycle riding, gun owning, full size pickup truck driving man that keep data flowing at companies all over the area. Yeeee Haaaa!

Of course when he talks it is not hard to pick out the Cockney accent.

Ride Safe and good luck on moving to this side of the pond.

Lesco,

I would think you guys would have a few things to talk about. If you are ever in South Texas please give me a call.

Ride Safe!

I thought it over last night and figured that I would not be going to the ROT Rally. I was only going to be able to go for one day...Saturday. It is not really worth going for one day.

....but then I remembered. My boss wanted me to take a day off about two months ago....so I finished up some work today that had to be completed this week and got tomorrow off.

My friend, who went to the rally today, and I will meet up in the morning for the ride North to Austin.

Have a good day everyone and ride safe.
