Posts: 495 Carrollton, TX | We won't know anything till after the dealer meeting in July. I have been told there will only be small technology updates mostly to electronics and I suspect most of these will be able to be updated on the 2008 models. I will also bet you will see a price increase in 2009 so buy a 2008 while you can. |

| Thanks for the reply Spock. Guess I will have to wait a bit. I won't rule out on 08. Sounds like they did a great job the 1st time around |

Posts: 495 Carrollton, TX | That is the word I have also. Victory increased the production numbers on the 08 Visions and sold all of them. The only 08 Visions are the ones dealers have in thier inventories and I suspect they will not last long. My dealer sold 4 Visions this weekend. My advice would be to buy an 08 Vision ASAP and start enjoying the ride of your life. Life is too short to miss any days riding a bike as fine as this. I am enjoying the Vision more than anything I can remember buying. They nailed this one! |

Well, that would explain why I can't get my Vision, that I ordered 2 months ago, delivered.
Guess who is talking to his dealer in the morning? |

Posts: 297 VA | I imagine it has to be a lot like car manufacturers. They need to produce the same basic model for several years #1-to make profit from the R&D and all other new model costs #2- so they can work the "bugs" out of the design so that they can build on reputation. I imagine they will make some refinements to the electronics, but I bet they do some new color schemes to get people interested in the new model year. I just hope they offer some of the important electronics upgrade to the exisiting customers if they make some major improvements. I've been fortunate, not any REAL problems. |

try calling maxeys motorcycles in okc oklahoma 405-946-0558.
I just got mine 08 last saterday the cherry red, I have over 600 on it now and will be going I think stage 2 I have not decided yet. they have 2 more left maybe 3 total 08's a silver one and a black one that has all the chrome and goodies on it already.
I was talking with the owner and he had just gotten the red one when i bought it. He told me it was 1 of 3 they got and were getting no more in oklahoma for the year.
only 15 in the state from what he said that alone should keep my value up, low production #'s always keep good resale.
be sure and tell them Marc sent you.
There great people family owned.

| I hope Polaris does make any revisions to the 2009 available to 2008 owners....like Harley does..they will make money and make us 08 owners feel "updated" and good... |

Posts: 3006 San Antonio, TX | I would not do it but....I would love to see a Vision in Orange (or 105th Copper) and Black with Harley logos and Wisconsin plates that read "HD R&D".
When they ask where they can get one just tell them, "They are not going into production till 2031. But you can buy the ride today. Just get a 2008 Victory Vision."
