My wife and I purchased The Scala Rider Team Set when they first came out, so we have had this item for over a year. The problem is that with all the wind noise going over 50 mph it's impossible to hear what the other one is saying. The volume level is just not loud enough, nor is it clear enough on these units. Can anyone give a recommendation on a good communication system which has Bluetooth capabilities? I need to be able to know when a call is coming in from my phone. I need something that offers the same features as the Scala system but puts out more volume and clearer speech through its speakers. To be fair to the Scala folks, I do have the Stage 1 Level 1 exhaust installed. Which is why I need something with a higher volume level.

Please Help!

My brother & I have been using the Interphone Blueant system since last year. Works great even with earplugs in - lots of volume. He is riding a Kawasaki ZX-11 with loud after-market pipes & he has no problem hearing me.

As long as we stay within a block of each other, we have no problem communicating with each other. We are also both paired to our respective cell phones. I like the fact that when talking on the cell phone, people can't tell that I am riding my bike down the highway. The microphone works great and I highly recommend this system to everyone.

If you keep an eye on e-bay, you can find some better deals.

Cheers,
Reg
