Hey guys 2011 victory vision with 21" front tire

the abs light does the right thing at 1st.
its on when you start. then off when you ride. great fine.
in the city no problem.
on the highway on a 70 mile ride the light goes on while riding?
any reason why?

Mine did the same. Check the abs sensors for debris, just 1 skrew and its off. I had to disconnect the wireconnectors that are about one foot from the sensors and dry out, then fill them with vaseline. Did it for me anyway.
Maybe the different speed from the 21" wheel upsets the computer?

yeah im guessing it is the different size wheel creating a Different speed in rotation.. like Big Foot said... both front and rear wheels are more than likely calculated into the Abs system and so is the rotation of those size wheels.... when one is rotating at a different rate it might think it is "slipping" and there for activating the Abs system...

Since Arlen Ness sells a 21" wheel I wonder if they have a solution? Perhaps a reprogramming of the ABS computer? Or perhaps a replacement sensor?

I'd give them a call at 720-440-6377 and see what solution they have....if any.
