| Hello All I contacted my local dealer regarding the replacement of my head light assy because it is cracked, now in 2 places. I understand that this is a defect with the assembly by the manufacturer. When my dealer contacted my warrantee provider, they provider declined to cover the head light assembly. Has anyone had this issue and what did you do to resolve it with the dealer or warranty provider... Thanks |

Posts: 27 New York City | I have 09 Ness Vision and same thing happened to me, even water incursion into assembly driving through a hard rain.
Dealer said not covered under warranty but Victory agreed to supply unit free in good faith. I got unit free but paid dealer to swap out assemblies, so cost me hourly, which I tacked on to regular service/inspection visit

Posts: 732 Western WA | Mine was replaced on my 08 about 4 months ago under warranty. No questions and no problems.
All I had to do was document the cracks/water incursion with a pic that the shop sent to Vic. |
