Honestly, I don't know what the real beef is, other than when I went to CH's website it seems they are trying to mimic the bottlecap engine Indians were using in the King Mountain models. Even though the badges are similar I can see a distinct difference that throws the invasion in doubt IMHO. |

| Looks like the stuff going on in the electronics industry. A few small companies sue and then the big companies settle out of court. Some of those small companies are making more money in these law suits then selling product. America, the land of the lawyers. |
