| Out of curiosity, I decided to hit the nearby DOT truck scales to find out just what my awesome bike weighs....
Options installed that probably alter stock weight:
ABS, XM, GPS, Ness Bash Plate, Utopia backrest, Victory Passenger Backrest, Victory Luggage rack, Ness Honkers, 3/4 tank of gas, leather jacket in saddle bag.
Obviously, the trunk was not on the bike.
She came out to 880lbs.

Posts: 1632 Jasper, MO | My service manual lists the wet weight of a Vision tour at 889 pounds. I, too, weighed my bike on the local truck scales, which pretty much confirmed the weight.
Truck scales are accurate to the nearest 20 pound increment, that is, they "break" on 20 pound increments. So, 889 pounds will read as 880 pounds, while 891 pounds will read as 900 pounds.
She sure dances good for a big girl.

| I believe the ABS feature alone adds about 17 lbs, and that Ness bash plate is no lightweight.

She would be a spinner if Victory could somehow get her down to 700.

| Remember, I weighed it WITHOUT the trunk in place. I believe it weighs 48lbs by itself, minus a few for removing the passenger backrest and luggage rack, would equate to almost 925lbs with tour pack!!! She is definitely a fat assed girl, but she's got moves better than lighter weight bikes! |
