I was just wondering if anyone knows what type of pistons come in our bikes? Who is the supplier ? Is there anything special about them?

Yeah, they come in Freedom engines and that makes them special. Seriously, I have no idea.

The name of Victory motor is call Freedom.
Freedom does not make the motor.
The motor are assembled in Osceola Wi. Where Polaris had their assembly plant for years.
The motors are shipped to Spriet Lake plant.

Some company in China, took a Tour of the Osceola plant in 2008, they said then that some of their suppliers had all ready moved some jobs overseas.

The last I knew, it was Mahle. Company based in Stuttgart, Germany. They are a high quality premium supplier to the industry. I do not know if that is still the case in 2016.

The crank, rods, and pistons for the Project 156 Pike's Peak engine were supplied by Carrillo, another premium component company http://www.enginelabs.com/news/dyno-video-new-victory-motorcycle-en...

The one I removed from a 2012 hardball, for a 116" kit, says MAHLE on it... if that helps...
