Maybe turn around, and ride the other way ??? <grin>

Chriss - this has never been a problem with my 2008. You are always going to have SOME turbulence - it's NOT a Porsche Coupe !

Chriss, do you have the lower wind deflectors on the bike? My co-pilot makes me kick them out when we're running at higher speed so the turbulence is easier on her. Which can be rough in the summertime, but worth it for the joy of riding with her.

The upper deflectors seem to have more effect on backdraft than the lowers do (IMO).

If the little shark fins were bigger and longer you wouldn't need lowers

In cooler weather I ride with upper shark fins and lower deflectors turned outward, and when I return from a ride, I smell like exhaust. So I know what you mean by the back draft. To help with this, I turn in the upper shark fins a little bit. I would love to see how the air moves around the Vision in a wind tunnel!

Bienvenue to the forum Chriss. Your English is really not too bad.
I find that aligning the wind deflectors so that the air just flows across them with no disturbance is best for reducing strange air flows. That means that the upper and lower deflectors are not fully open nor are they fully closed to air flow. Look along the fairing and just imagine how air would follow that shape. Set you air deflectors so that they would not affect the flow much and you will be close to ideal conditions.
