Katy, TX United States | I want to add a CB to my '13 VV. Dealer tried to order this needed part but his computer showed it discontinued. The website shows it available; however, when he called Polaris he was told it was out of stock due to supplier issues and did not know when it would be in stock. Therefore, if anyone has one of these they would like to sell, please email me.

Bainville, & Mesa, AZ, MT | I am surprised at this, when I was trying to find the cabling needed to hook one up to my 08 all we could get was stuff for the 10 and newer bikes, Vic no longer supports the older bikes. We tried for over a year and talked to many reps from Vic, most gave us different answers, I would go back and keep trying until you get the right support staff that actually knows what they are doing.
I don't buy the supplier issues excuse, we contacted Radio Sound (manufacturer) and they had the stuff we needed but Vic was the problem and due to contracts they could not deal directly with us. Vic really falls flat on their faces with their support.
If you fail with Vic, I suggest the J&M as that is the way I had to go. Rather than deal with Vic on my 13 I will probably go that way again. |

Northeast Ohio | I just ran into the same issue. I called my dealer (who didn't have the part in-stock) and they are trying to get to figure out why Vic shows 99 available but can't order any. I called a competing dealer and thankfully, they had one in stock. My original one had gotten frayed on the frame of the bike and wasn't working correctly. |

Katy, TX United States | "99" does not mean they show 99 available. Actually it is listed as "9999999" as a substitute for 2878064.
Glad you found one ScoreBo. Will be installing mine next weekend. |

Hampton Bays, NY United States | I know this is an old discussion, but I am now riding w/ some clubs and the are all communicating "old school" CB radio. Funny I just got all helmets & bike squared away with comms & Bluetooth. So now I too ... am looking to rig my 2012 VV up for CB/intercom but now my dealers says "No Good ... none available". Honestly I don't think they want to get involved. So I'm looking for a little help, locating a Vic intergrated CB radio system. A little help! |
