My girl and I rode the 600 plus miles to gulf shores and hit lots of heavy rain. The SO had never been in heavy rain but she did well and was surprised how well the Vision did. My only complaint was my front Avon Cobra started to cup pretty bad even with me running 40 psi in the front.
This bike is just about perfect and everywhere we went it was looked at and complimented. If they discontinue this model I'm going to have to buy a spare to keep in the garage.

What type of balancing are you using on the Avon. Lead weights or Dyna Beads ? Safe travel, go Cats.

I didn't have much luck with the Avon Venom I put on either. It was noisy from day one. I am a big fan of the Centrmatics wheel balancers. They have kept my last 3 Michelin Commander II front tires from cupping. They also make the ride even smoother.

I'm running counteract balancing beads and they seem to do well. The only time I feel like there is any imbalance is at speeds around 100 mph.
