Brighton, TN | Windshield would vibrate like it was rubbing on something, primarily when I was putting it down.
So, I lubricate hinges and any pivot points I could find. something good to do, but no fix.
Next I find the screw gear and lubricate it. No fix.
Then, I spot the two slick rods, next to the screw drive that the mechanism rides on. Lubricate those and now it works, smooth as silk, like it is supposed to be. |
