How many of us do this??? I got a surprise on the way home from work and had 1 back out far enough to scrape the swingarm. Had to use vise grips to get it out. When I got home (slowly) and checked the other 4 one of the others took almost 2 turns to tighten..Just wondering. Will try and attach pictures. Look like pulley threads are not good, can't tell how bad swingarm is yet. Will let you know.

Check your bike more often. The worse I had happen was the rear brake pad bolt snuck out on me and I lost my rear pads, and braking. The second worse thing was I failed to tighten my rear axle and it was loose for about 2 weeks, and I was riding everyday and didn't notice it until I did a shift without the clutch.

Is it my imagination or am I not seeing any trace of thread lock? The first time I took my pulley off of the '08 Vision to replace a tire, there was white thread locker on the bolts. Yes I know I should've had to remove the pulley, but my friend's tire machine wouldn't hold it without removing it or the brake disc.

in 2011 I believe they went to bolts
2008 to 2010 they had studs with nuts

I would heli coil the rim and then get new bolts

Just an update. My guys at the dealer came thru and are awesome. Indian motorcycles on boulder highway in henderson nevada. They are going to replace all 5 pulley bolts and also replace the swingarm. Just have to wait for parts to come in. Phone calls, patience and being polite goes a long ways. A bad situation that got resolved the correct way. Way to go Drew and Jim!!!
