Are you on FB? The group "Victory Vision Owners Group" has a member, Kelly Booth who sells black brackets to mount lights by the front fender on the forks. Is that what you are talking about? I think his are meant for the PIAA lights - but may work for others.

Not to cut into anyone's business, but you can make some really simple ones out of 1" flat bar from Tractor Supply that already has 2 holes drilled into the ends and mount them on the 2 bolts at the bottom of the fairing just behind the fairing support. Disregard all the bug splatters. I had just gotten through with an Iron Butt ride that day and the love bugs in Texas were horrible.
