No but there are several threads on the forum discussing the haze that develops in the lense. It is attributed to cracked seams around the edge of the lense and moisture. It looks kind of like it was overheated or something. My bikes doing it. Is this what you mean?

The headlight bulbs melted the plastic/lexan cover from the inside. Dealer said not covered by warranty!
Tried including photo but to no avail!!!

I heard of a case here in Memphis where a guy melted his cover because he ran the high beams 100% of the time.  Not sure of the outcome as far as warranty or not.

Songfan it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if the lens melts from stock bulbs its a manufacturing or design issue. That is all Victory. Keep us informed.

If the bulbs are stock and nothing has been modified in or around the light or light shell, that should be covered by Victory, regardless if the high beams are on 100% of the time. You ever hear of any other modern motor vehicle with lights doing that ? A BIG NO...................

High beams are only 5 watts more than the low beams..... But seriously folks, if the headlight lens cannot handle the heat from the stock bulbs it should be a warranty issue the same as cracking headlights.

My old Vision, which I sold to Webhair's wife, which I bought the zero deductible 5 year warranty, was recently denied a headlight claim for cracking/fogging/water as Polaristar is now claiming the whole headlight is a wear item. Those under the factory 1 year warranty may get their headlights replaced, however, if your into your extended coverage through Polaristar. Fuggetaboutit....

I still think you should try to get it covered by the warranty. I have noticed there is a big difference in items getting covered and not getting covered. Some dealers have no problems getting an item covered and some have routine denials. I'm just saying you should try, it might be frustrating, but a least you know. Also, I believe if your denied, you can get a refund on the non-used time of the policy as it is an insurance policy in reality.
I think if the cover is melted and not from abuse, then it should be covered. Not really sure how it could happen even with high beams as the air passing over the light would cool the light...unless it is sitting still for a long time. That might produce enough heat to deform the assembly. I'm not sure what type of plastic, I'm thinking it is a clear polycarbonate which have continuous service air temps of 250 to 450 degrees f. There are some acyrlics that have continuous air temps of only 180 degrees f.
One last thing, I've heard of folks putting covers on the head light assembly, that maybe enough to hold in heat and deform the assembly.

I've heard of headlites melting when aftermarket & stronger intensity bulbs were used, but never with stock bulbs.
As to the headlite CRACKS & separation being turned down by Polaristar??? Call Victory. There is a thread here somewhere that had the corporate address BUT before you do so let me give you a small TRUMP card for their "wear item" reply; Victory released a NEW headlite assy in April to correct the KNOWN DEFECTIVE headlites on 2008 & early 2009 Visions. So have your dealer call them back and tell them they will cover the KNOWN defective part. The other line they'll give you is it's cosmetic. If it is fogging moisture is getting in via the cracks and separation and thats BROKEN not cosmetic. You have to be pushy...

I agree with all of you who stated that it "Should" be covered under warranty. Dealer (where the bike was purchased by the way) says "NO"
The bike bulbs are stock. The shield is blistered from the inside. directly in front of the bulbs!

I have a 2008 Victory Vision and one side is starting to melt badly from the inside out. Causing a bump in the plastic. No luck from Polaris so far. Called a out of state dealer-Arlen Ness and he said he never heard of it and since the bike is out of warranty there is nothing he can do. Terrible. I heard the lens is $450....
I'm on Maui so calling Kona (different Island) next.
Anyone have luck with this??

Thanks Johnny! I'm kinda worried that it will happen again without a fix first. Mine is a 2008.....did they upgrade the lens on newer years??
