| Description : | We have 10 rooms reserved (8 with two dbl beds and 2 with queen beds) for 8/29/09 and 8/30/09. There are additional rooms available now but they fill up early for that weekend so every one needs to make their reservations early. The 8 dbl bedrooms cost $129.00 per night and the 2 queen bedrooms cost $124.00. If we need more queen bed rooms for all you couples out there they are available and can be changed, but again, it must be done early. All rooms must be reserved by July 10th or we loose them or have to give them up.

We will meet at Xtreme Performance Center in Longmont (formerly Twin Peaks Powersports), 4100 South Valley Drive, Longmont, CO 80504, at 9:30 am (doughnuts and coffee provided), and leave at 10:30 am. We will have lunch in Laramie, WY, and travel from Laramie over the Snowy Range Pass to Saratoga and will arrive in time for dinner.
