Good Morning Victory Riders

Four weeks ago my 2010 Vegas was converted to short wheel base when a lady decided she liked my piece of road. As a result the front end has to be replaced. By this time next week all the parts should be with my Victory dealer in the UK except the front brake calliper which I am advised will not be with Victory US until 25th April! So at least another week to reach the dealer.

Any of you had similar issues with parts not being available for long periods. I am sure callipers are not needed every week, but this does seem like a long time to be out of stock.

Ride safe one and all

Peter

2 hours after the first call from my dealer, Windy Corner, they have just called back. Victory UK have heard about the difficulty and are taking a calliper off one of their bikes and shipping it to the dealer, they should be able to start the rebuild this time next week.

What great news to start the weekend with. Big thanks to Victory UK

Glad to hear that you are doing well. I was just visiting the Victory Dealer in Hamburg, Germany and the roads look really nice in that near the river.

Germany being the old enemy never gets good press in the UK but I have been there a few times and the roads and towns there are just fantastic with some truly great undiscovered areas.

Certainly agree, Germany riding is wunderbar. I was stationed there for a total of nine years. Hope to go back some day.
