Worth the money? Yes!!

Comforttable on long days. Very quiet. The sun visor worked great.

I have had this helmet since early spring. It does a decent job of ventilation, is pretty quiet and well built. With that said, the only issue I have had with it is the shield has a tendency to slip out of the track on one side. I may have to send mine back for warranty.

I finally plunked down some money on a modular. I went with the Schuberth C3 and had Sierra Electronics wire it up for me. It is amazing how much quieter a good helmet is.
