New York State | Tried to find out the result of the Felony charges but could not find out if Jose Pena was convicted.
Does anyone know the results of the trial ? |

| It was on the Van Zandt county docket as of 8-21-12. He's still in jail. |

Carrollton, TX | This case like most is treading slowly through the court system. ugh... They had a pretrial hearing on 8-21-12. Pena got his angle monitor removed and some more delays in the court proceedings. Once I have the next court date I will let you know. Our court system is very frustrating to say the least. |
