I just had the Sena Dongles with cable, and my Garmen 660 GPS installed on my 2013 Vision by the dealer. However, I do not hear the radio with my Sena headset. I do hear my GPS instructions and music in the headset. I have tried turning the bike off and removing the GPS from the cradle, but still am unable to hear the factory radio. After browsing the various forums, I see that some of the Victory bikes had to have the radio "flashed". Could that be the case with my bike? Is this something that I can do, or must I take the bike back do the dealer?

Did you go through the pairing process to link the dongle and headset?

The dealer paired the headset to the dongle. I also suspect that he paired the GPS to the dongle (perhaps the last action completed). Please understand that I hold no grudge towards the man that performed the service. He is a young man and not a MC mechanic by trade. My understanding is that something has happened to the mechanic for the dealer, and that this young man (that must be knowledgeable in his area) is attempting to fill in until such time a replacement may be found, or that the MC mechanic is able to return to work. Moreover, not only did I have a large amount of work performed, but point in fact is that Victory does not appear to offer a wealth of information on this product - at least to the owner base.

The GPS is internally Bluetooth capable-no dongle required. I can't tell for sure what dongle you have. I would try pairing the headset and dongle first. You might try going onto the Senabluetooth.com site and see if you can find helpful information there if no one here comes up with a better plan.

You might want to call the Sena tech support. I've called them a couple of times for help and have found them helpful. 866-300-1235.
