Most of what you need is on Lloydz website. Many posts on aftermarket exhaust options. I went with Ness Big Honkers. Lloydz: high air flow filters, adjustable air intake, timing chain, VM1 cams (I have an '08 Vision) so can't use some of the newer Lloydz cam options and PCV. Then you need to find the right person to put it together for you. I rode down to see Rylan at the Vic Shop in IA and he finished my project for me. Completely different bike! added 20% HP + great torque and it comes in early when on the throttle. Money well spent.

Use the money you were going to spend on exhaust and put it towards Lloydz cams. The stock exhaust flows enough air. Only change it if you're looking for more noise.
Next would be the Lloydz ECU upgrade. It will extend your rpms giving you more HP. A PCv fuel controller will do it also, but Lloyd tweaks some other settings in the ECU to help as well.

Lloyd has developed a combination that just flat works. It consists of cams, top intake filter, and a fuel controller. All these work great with the stock exhaust and will move you from about 80 HP at the rear wheel to about 110 HP at the rear wheel (with the stock exhaust). Changing your exhaust is done for a different sound and not for power. You will be disappointed of you spend the big bucks for a different exhaust, expecting a big power increase from it. If you want a different sound--then go for it.

Lloyd will reprogram your ECU so that the rev-limiter is raised to 6400 in all six gears and the top speed limiter is eliminated. His reprogram also has an optimized timing curve. It is a very good addition after you get the cams, intake, and fuel controller. Get the cams, intake, and controller, and you'll quickly see why I suggest the reprogrammed ECU. The bike will still be pulling hard when the factory 5500 RPM limit is reached, and it will pull hard past 6000 RPM. The raised limiter won't increase your peak HP much, if any, but you will be able to stay in each gear longer in a drag race, which will put you ahead of the guy with the stock limiter. These bikes like to be shifted at 6000 RPM if you have the cams and intake.

The factory Stage 1 modifications will only get you another 5-10 HP over stock. Skip that and go with Lloydz stuff instead.

Just the 2nd filter alone is a QUICK upgrade that will generate alot of smiles! Do it now, no point in waiting even if your going to do the cams, ATS, fuel control, etc... In order I did the Lloydz 2nd filter and rode about 5K, then VFCIII, and shortly after the ATS.

Lloyd has recently come out with a new gasket option for the upper airfilter. With his original upgrade cams it gives you 6 - 8 more HP. With the new cams it gives you 10 - 12. Not bad for a $22 investment. Yes, that's twenty-two dollars!!!!!

I read from a FaceBook post by Rylan at The Vic Shop that there is a VFC IV now, it has the ability to increase and decrease fuel where needed. Sounds like good news to me......... I have PC V's on both my Visions but the VFC IV gives you another choice in high performance fuel delivery.

I think you are talking about the spacer for use with variable intake system along with top filter
