Subject: Removing rubber floorboard insert

I was attempting to install my highway pegs but the instructions were unclear to me as to how to remove the rubber floorboard insert to access the bolts to attach the pegs. I have the chrome floorboards.

Don't just pull them, that could tear the insets, instead while your pulling try pinching the rubber insets from the bottom, that will cause them to pop out safely.

Use a little soapy water and then squeeze from below as you push the tabs through.
