It does have discounts on hotels and such. Good luck finding information and or getting a hotel to actually know what your talking about when you ask.

The link is very, very difficult to find. I'll look but it usually takes about 20 minutes or more before I either find it or give up trying.

UPDATE:
I give up... I think the list of benefits to include hotel discounts comes in your VRA package. I guess if they posted it online it wouldn't be very exclusive. I still haven't found a hotel that will honor it yet.

I also paid cash for my bike back on September 19th and I still have not received anything about a membership in anything. I did receive the invitation for the 10th anniversary party in Daytona.

Purchased mine first week of August. No contact from victory, no warrenty card, no magazine. Dealer says I'm registered. Victory seems hard to contact, or move through there website. I even paid the club membership fee. Nothing on that either. I can't even axcess the club info now. I love my bike, but I wonder about Polaris.

Victory Roadside Assistance 24 hours 1-800-809-6075 is the # to call , your vin # and name is the only thing on the card so if your registered just write it down and keep it in your wallet

Ha ha! 5 months = 6 weeks? LOL! Kidding! I get ya! I bought mine on Labor day weekend in '08.

I saw another post a bit later than yours explaining to hit the site and post my information. I will do that.

Oh...and I think I should apologize for my post with the "wtf" portion. I was kidding when I posted it. I still have yet to realize that noboby can see me laughing when I post something. I hope I didn't offend anyone! If I did, I do apologize!

Polaris is losing me in a bad way. I am going to write the CEO and explain that this is NOT a good thing and that I will probably no longer talk about the company as well as I did. I will still talk about the bike but ensure that I discuss the poor customer service that Polaris themselves provide. The dealers on the other hand seem to really try! Too bad that Polaris doesn't seem to care!

If any of you have a story you would like me to include in my letter to the CEO, let me know. Drop me an email or PM (don't post it here or I may not see it).

Have to agree that this is definately an area they need to improve. One of the big things everyone talks about on the other brand is how good the dealer network is and other items. I still get emails from my HD dealership for rides, events, and all kinds of stuff. The H-O-G is also a big deal and does well in my area. I also still get the HD magazine and of course they are always sending out catalogs for their new parts and apparel. Polaris/Victory already make an awesome bike they just need to work on the customer side of things and then they'll really take off.

You do realize that Victory always informs owners to go through their dealer? Maybe your dealer did not complete the paperwork? That happened to my '99 and my extended warranty. That dealer is out of business.
