Bonita Springs, FL | I purchased a windshield bag with 3 separate storage bags. I laid it on the dash and it looked great but the windshield would not go all the way down, plus it was hard to reach, did look good. I then separated each bag as they were all attached to one large piece of thick leather. Then, I attached them to the dash with velcro where I could reach them with ease. Not a great photo and one looks a little crooked, but thought I would see what everyone thought. I am still 50/50 on keeping them in that position or? |

| Great idea, the only thing I would change simply for the looks of it would be to get rid of the pouch that is closest to the seat and just have the two that would be on either side of the console. You could velcro the third pouch to the top of the dash above the gauges and use it for items that you don't have to handle that often such as a EasyPass for tollways or sunglasses. I used to have a similar single pouch mounted above the gauges on the dash of my old Goldwing and it was really handy! |

Bonita Springs, FL | I moved the two small bags to the dash between my radar detector and the windshield will go all the way down with no problem. Here is a photo, not sure if I like this any better, kept the big bag where it was, really like that position. Also, here is a photo of my new Tire Pressure Monitoring System, the little device under the GPS. This gives real time tire pressure, and will give you a warning on low or high pressure (you pick the setting) and also high heat ( you also pick the high temperature). This is a 5 minute install, screw on the front and rear sensors on the tire valve stem and you are done.

Sugar Land, TX (Outside of Houston) | How heavy are the sensors? I had a street bike that had those flashing light valve cover caps on it and the weight of the device (with battery) finally caused the Valve Stem to split. The dealer said that those types of devices (Screw On Lights) always caused Valve stem failure on the Non-Metallic Valve Stems.

Bonita Springs, FL | The sensors are very light weight. I know that BIG BIKE PARTS (SHOW CHROME) has shipped just over 1,000 of these units. Mine are only a week old and I will report more in the future. It is really great to turn on the main unit and see what your current tire pressure is and then get a warning when you go below or above the pressure you set for each tire and also a heat warning. The main sensor blinks, vibrates, beeps and changes color when you get a warning. |

guelph ontario | I had the red/green/yellow things on a few years ago and also suffered valve stem failure. The ones you are asking about weight 1/3 of an oz and attached to the end of the stem-I think that the same failure may well occur but have not yet heard anyone say that they have had a problem- I had posted this question earlier but no responses except one that said they had no problem. Jury is still out. |
