For non electric I wear BMW Pro Winter Gloves. They are a little expensive at $140, but I have been wearing mine for almost 5 years now. Making the amortized cost reasonable. The gloves are made out of GoreTex with pre curved fingers, and a leather plam. They even have a wiper on the thumb. Never thought I would use the wiper, but that little joker is handy
