I think I read you cannot get the decals that are on the Ness Visions. What do you think about these?

I don't know why he'd have the pink looking ones in the pictures over the blue, but I think the blue would look good on the Super Steel Gray?

Herb:

I would ask if and for how long they warrantee the graphics.

Most digital inks are not suitable for outdoor exposure for more than 18 months. Especially if mounted in a horizontal position (like the top of a tank) where they get more UV radiation than if mounted vertically.

The base material should also be an automotive grade cast material with an easy apply adhesive such as 3M Control Tac or Avery MPI1005 EZ Apply.

There are some ink /media/laminate combinations that can be warranted for up to 7 years but you need to ask to be sure what you are buying.

I kind of like it. Wonder if they could do a kit for Visions?

Ok...first of all...that IS pink even though they say its red. Second...and not to pick fine hairs here...but his/her auction is actually illegal through Ebay. I used to sell a TON of things on Ebay as an online seller. The rules state quite emphatically that you MUST show ONE item and THAT is the ITEM you are allowing bids on. It further states that you are not allowed to have people bid for an item and the specify WHICH item they want. This is why I QUIT selling on Ebay. The concept is good but the practice is horrible if you follow ALL of the rules. Oh...and for that fact, I don't care that he is not following the rules. I just hate it when I get caught and others continually get away with it. Make them all follow or get off the road!

Ok...enough of the rant! Sorry!

I am NOT a tribal person by the least amount. But for a graphic, it is a good one. Although, I am inclined to agree...would they custom build a set for Visions? If so, I might seriously think about going down a road similar to this. My concern is this...the fairings on the side of the Vision are HUGE! I have looked at a ton of graphics at the local autobody paint shop and found a lot that would work. The ones that I found at local dealers for bikes were all WAY TOO SMALL for the side fairing and bags.

Nah, I think you could do better than that with your own imagination and someone who prints custom stuff for not much more $. When I seen that bike with the lazy "tribal" flame pattern, the first thing I thought was "looks like a cheap sticker". The next thing I thought is that they seem like stickers ripped off an RV. But then again, so does Ness's stickers. I like the Ness body kits but he can keep his graphics. Really though, I think you can find better. I understand your frusteration looking for graphics that match the Vision's contours. I'd pull the trigger myself and get started if I actually seen something that would work. JUST WORK ALREADY!!!

Decals and paint are different. The tribal scheme on the Vision is paint Im afraid that a decal would look just like what it was,,, a decal. I saw the tribal scheme at the show before they said it wasnt available which is why i purchased it when i bought my Vision only to learn that it wasnt available DAMNIT ! It was not a stick on decal product. just thought you might wanna know.
