I have been ending up with headaches and neck aches after riding and I realize the position of the clutch and brakes levers and there corisponding controls are tilted slightly forward. I have always ridden with the levers in a flat position (paralell with the ground) when handlebars facing forward, these are rotated down (forward) causing me to hold some tension in my shoulders even when atempting to relax. Anything about these I need to know before adjusting them?

Without taking totally apart there seems to be a restriction in the backward rotation. I was able to get some movement and this will probably help but something is restricting any further movement. Maybe someone who has replaced the bars could help here. Is there a hole on the bar where a locating pin intercepts or something like that. The pods and lever rotate free withing a certain range but stop.
