Play music that she likes, let her think she is helping you plan the trip, keep here involved, if you go over a 100 mph give her a 10lb bag of sugar so she won't blow off. Show her where the heat switch is, the risers will be a must for her. Put on a Utopia back rest for yourself as it has a dandy little pouch where she can stuff, stuff. Set the windshield at the right height so she is comfortable in the wind. Buy her some new cloths (Victory) for the ride. I'm pretty sure she will like the ride. Have fun!

Play music that she likes,
Vince Gill....YUCK!!!

let her think she is helping you plan the trip, keep here involved No she has her music!!!

if you go over a 100 mph give her a 10lb bag of sugar so she won't blow off. ...Good idea, until she knocks me out for going so FAST

Show her where the heat switch is, Yep she is COLD if it is BELOW 80 degrees

Put on a Utopia back rest for yourself as it has a dandy little pouch where she can stuff, stuff. Will it hold the kitchen sink???

Set the windshield at the right height so she is comfortable in the wind. but if i did that I could hear her over the wind noise

Buy her some new cloths (Victory) for the ride. I'm pretty sure she will like the ride. Have fun! That will be figured into the deal...she gets all the clothes!!!

My Co-Pilot is 95 lbs and 5' tall. DEFINITELY the risers. Also, Kewl Togs are a must.
I am not allowed to go for a ride without her - so I suspect she is comfortable. I just have to reach back and feel for her leg every once in a while to make sure she didn't blow off. I sometimes miss the old bikes where she had to hang on to me.
One other thing you can try is give her a good digital camera/camcorder. Co-Pilot amuses herself taking photos/videos along the way. And that amuses me when I put them on the computer/DVD's.
I would like to try an intercom, but I can't find one with a built-in English/Japanese translator - so we use the old standbye .... YELLING.

Yikes.
Check out my photos in the donetracey Gallery (Don & Yukiyo) - page 2 has some pics of her riding gear. Also see the risers.
