BHC AZ | I ride about 150 to 250 miles a week on the west coast of AZ and it gets efing hot here. I wear a white long sleeve T over another shirt preferably a nike cool gear. I also wear bullhide gators on my legs to keep the heat off, have wrapped head pipes,a barefoot willy drink holder( always full of half frozen water bottle,tiilll it thaws anyway) and hopfully I remember to soak a neck wrap.....It all helps.. Looking to add the lower defectors soon. BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST DRINK WATER, DRINK WATER and remember to ALWAYS DRINK WATER!!!!Ride Ride Ride |
