I'm passing along something I learned from my dealer today. When I got a flat rear tire on Saturday, we loaded the bike onto a trailer and used the handle bars to tie the front down through the inside of the fairing. When unloading at the dealer, the wrench says you should not use the bars. Behind the rear of the headlight there are two rectangular slots for hooks. This is where the tie downs should be used. I did not see this on the site before and thought it might be helpful for others if they need to trailer for some reason.

Gray, yes there is a single oval casting in the frame just behind the air filter. In addition when your bike is shipped from Victory to the dealer there are two bolts with a loop in the end that screw into the front tipovers. Your dealer probably just throws them away but several of us carry them in our trunk in the event we need to trailer. They WON'T and SHOULDN'T be used to strap the bike down as the sole tie down but they help hold the bike from bouncing around. I use them to strap my bike to my bike lift. Ask your dealer and I bet they have a set laying around they'll give you. If you look in the front of the front tip overs you'll see the threaded hole they go in. You might also grab a set of soft straps for securing the rear tip overs to a trailer to secure the rear. Hope this helps...... T

The owner's manual has the securing points in it. I found the front loop a little rough and used some emery cloth to smooth it off so I didn't worry about strap damage.

I had a flat rear tire 2 weeks ago on my NEW Dunlop Elite 3. I was still 20 minutes from my dealer and I just rode on at a slow speed. The sidewalls of the Dunlop are fantastic. GAGirl Trixie once mentioned that she drove on a flat without knowing it. I had no damage to my rim or the bike.
