OK, so I got my wife an IPod Touch for Christmas--she wanted it for the photo handling. The music and Vision interfacing is just a bonus for me

I know that the old IPod cables no longer support charging in the newer IPod versions. Has this been addressed by Victory yet? Or do we still have to buy the additional adapter in order to get it to charge while installed on the Vision?

Will it charge the 5th generation Ipod? A friend has one and he has to use the mobile charger in his trunk to charge his. If it works I will let him know. Thanks,

mike

If someone is using the "new" iPod cable without an adapter on a 5th Gen iPod nano, please let me know.

Does it work the controls of the iPod?

Does it charge?

Please take a picture of the new cable and post it here. I want to know if you can tell the cables difference by site.

Thanks,
