First off, Absolutely love my 2009 Vision TP. BUT, as I travel for business and pleasure I have had the same problems. I cannot seem to find dealerships that have any accessories/apparel to purchase.
I went into a dealership in Memphis last spring, walked around for 30 minutes tried asking someone for some help, and walked out without spending a dime. Went across the street to the HD dealership and bought my buddy back home a hat.
Everytime I go into a city I search for the nearest dealership and want to purchase "something" Victory. I continually walk into dealerships and walk back out with nothing, and this has happend to me 5 times. I am in KC this weekend and I looked at the excell spreadsheet of dealers and the closest on to me, Van Wall Equipment said they are sending thier Victory stuff back and getting away from Victory.
If anyone from Victory/Polaris reads this, I want to buy more Victroy stuff! But there is not enough diversity in apparel for me. I pilot the best motorcycle I have ever ridden. I am not into skulls and the what not, but I appreciate great quality thats why I purchased one of your Vision's and would gladly do it again. Lets get some different hats, t-shirts, Polo's... that go with the stunning motorcycle we purchased!

In Kansas City, try this dealer. http://www.austinsales.com/

In Springfield, MO. try this dealer. http://www.cruisin66cycles.com/

I have visited both and both were outstanding dealers. I really like Cruisin66.

I have heard the dealer in Memphis is very good, maybe there were having an off day, sometimes that happens.

I am with you mleiten!
I travel a lot for work also and I am also disappointed by the amount of Victory stuff for sale at dealers including my local dealer.
I don't know if Victory is pushing hard enough for these dealers to stock merchandise.

Just my $.02

I took a week long trip to Maine last week and found the Victory dealer in Westbrook (just outside of Portland Maine) was great. He had accessories in stock. I bought the chrome for the trunk lock. He washed half my bike and installed the chrome. Very friendly!!

My local dealer doesn't have much accessories stocked. Always willing to order....sometimes you want to see this stuff in person. If a dealer is going to order the stuff then I'll just do it myself online and get a better price.

+1 on NO apparel. My woman talked to a Victory rep at the last motorcycle show in Cleveland... Took her concerns back to corporate. Not sure if anything will change. For us guys it is bad, for women it is even worse!

We're of the same opinion (my wife and I) but my wife has an embroidery machine and makes a lot of her own stuff. She buys shirts she likes then embroiders something Victory or Vision esque on them. She gets what she wants and believe me it's unique in the world of Victory. So in a nut shell, her options are endless and she gets a lot of inquiries and compliments on her designs.

Try searching motorcycle apparel on ebay motors and type in 'Victory', you'll find a decent amount of items from a few sellers. More than I have found at any dealers. Some of the sellers are dealers and may have more of those items than smaller dealerships. I have been looking for the right vest, which just hasn't come along yet. Good luck!!

And if all else fails, Wal-Mart now carries a nice dark grey T for 9.99.  Legal, licensed and all that.  The bad news is they only seem to have a couple in each size.  And my local store is now sold out.  HA!<br />

This relates to my standard comment about HD.

I ride my bike, not wear it.

Right now Victory isn't the brand HD is, and I'm glad they aren't. Remember a brand with a poor product will only buy you time, remember the AMF/HD years. AMF almost ran the HD brand into the gound, and in the process they pushed HD into the fashion industry.

Frankly, HD has some pretty crappy quality clothing.  IMHO I find the stuff that is sold to the Euro/sport bike market is really top notch, and if you shop around, reasonable.

I to would like Victory to have a better line clothing. I'm proud to ride a Victory and would like something classy and comfortable with Victory printed on it to wear while riding. I have resigned myself its going to be awhile before that happens. I guess a long as the get the bikes right I can live without the rest. I sure they will survive just fine with me buying my riding appearal else where.

I do think that we as a customer group need to demand of our retailers to at least put out t-shirts with Victory graphics and local dealership insignias. It advertises for them, and in turn gives us identifying clothing. The t's should come in at about $15 and have full color graphics, so they are probably a loss leader at about $5 per tee, which is why you see so few. The Harley dealers know that t-shirts actually DO sell bikes, and so they put an emphasis on them. Victory actually has a nice, affordable clothing line. I had to travel to Elizabethtowne, PA to see some of it in person, but it does exist: quality jackets, vests, shirts, etc. I have not seen the 2011 catalog but I heard it was a good one. But we must demand that our dealers step up.

i dont care what victory does with the clothing. the motor company has moptorclothes, and fools spend 45 bucks on a friggen t shirt ????wtf?

cheaptees.com get a nice tee in any color or size cheap. then take the other 40 bucks you saved and buy gas and go ride your bike....i have gone costume free now for quite a while and it is great. also i still have more black, biker t shirts than i need some of them are still motor company. on a hot day white is the best and i will wear anyone's logo if they pay me.

uh oh i think i went over my 02 cents.......apologies
