I have worked on bikes street rods and cars from the begging of age 15.
Every time I put a wrench to my vision I amazed no washers of any kind no lock tight any where and the bolts feel like there finger tight. I pulled my kick stand to day and was shock to see what little effort I had to put into getting the nut loose.
No I haven't had rattle traps they all haven't been harleys. I know victory know more then me but come on a washer lock tie here and there would hurt.
As I try to think of a closing I can't remember any one saying how this or that fell of or that came loose.
Well the battery cables! I think they have fixed that but then victory's new at building pristine motorcycles.
Yes bike is together

Darn John, most of us didn't even know there were bolts in the places it appears that you went looking for them.

Truly can't say that I've put a wrench on many of the nuts and bolts on the Vision, but I share your experience with seeing lock washers or lock-tite on most other vehicles that I have worked on. Good thing is that nothing has fallen off (at least not that I've missed).
