Does anyone know of someone making a replacement brake pedal (pad style). I would like to replace the stock peg with a pad style pedal on the the foot brake and can't seem to find anyone making any such thing. I know the peg can be screwed out and replaced.

Don't know of a pad but I just put a Kury peg on. It is 2 inches longer than the stock peg and much eaiser to find with the foot. If you go this way make sure you get the adapter

Kuryakin makes a set of direct replacement pegs for the Vision. They are the ISO style. I found them at a bike rally in the Kuryakin tent.

KURYAKYN MAKES A "CLAM SHELL" DESIGN BRAKE PEDAL COVER, PART NUMBER 8860 FOR $39.99. IT ATTACHES WITH TWO SCREWS. I HAVE BEEN USING IT SINCE BEFORE BIKE WEEK 2011.

Thanks guys. Hadn't thought about just getting a longer peg. I find it hard to get comfortable to finding that little peg when I have to get on the brakes and I've had my foot out on the highway pegs.

I found this ad on Cycle Solutions web site in January of 2009.  The current ad lists this for kingpins but not visions.

i haven't seen one so don"t know any more than what you can see in this image.  I may get one in the future...
