Just ordered 17" windshiel for my 2011 C.C. from Cee bailey. Anyone out there have any experience with it. Stock and 11" windshield just did'nt work for me. 5'10". I think I will have to look through it, but it will be better than the buffeting and wind noise. Love the C.C. though.

Apples to Oranges, The people with 22" are Vision Riders. I don't know how that relates to C.C. bikes. 22" is 4.5" over the stock Vision WS. What is stock for C.C.?

I have the 22 great for cold weather, not so much when it gets hot summer i change to the shorty short one mid season i use the stock one.
all work well, i like the edge design on the Cbailey's better then stock since the flare is wider.

+1 Nozzledog. For us Vision riders, we will all tell you that the clarity and distortion of the CeeBailey shield is much better than the Vic shields. Not sure you will get much here on the CC. However, regardless of how high you get the windshield, you will still get wind in the front. Granted, not as much. I have the 22" CeeBailey on now and run it thru the summer. I find that I am less fatigued by have more wind protection than I really need. This all means more time in the saddle.

I forgot to add that I HAVE to look thru it all the way up. It has saved my ass with countless bugs and a bird that would have been taken to the face. I am 6'4".

I've had the 22" Cee Bailey on my '08 Vision a couple of years now; love the wind protection and clarity, but am a little disappointed in the rain protection, which is the main reason I bought it. Rain drops continue to pelt my face. Full face helmets are probably the answer to my problem (Either that or gain enough sense to come in out of the rain!). Do any of you have a quick fix for this situation?

I ride a vision so I can't really help you there. But I think the buffeting and wind noise is subjective on a motorcycle. I'm looking to get a blade for mine as I don't have a problem in the summer time, wintertime is when I want the reduction of heat wicking wind. I use the taller shield in the spring and fall for the wife unit only when she tells me to "roll the window up" to keep the buffeting down. I hate looking through the shield. In the summertime I use the stock shield as it allows the cooling air to keep the heat to a minimum. But short of getting a full-face I don't know how you'll do any real reduction, and to keep the rain from pelting your face, put the top up.

CC here; I got the 18" Cee DRAGON shield, which is their step-contoured one, not the regular straight-up one. At 5'10" also, I look just over the top as long as I don't slump down much; went with the Dark Gray tint; don't want to be looking through it at night! You're gonna be looking through the 17" regular shaped shield. Still need lower wind deflectors to minimize the wind coming underneath the CC fairing.

I have a 23" inch Jurock windshield. I am 6'4". With the windshield all the way down it is about 2" below my line of sight. When all the way up it gives me and the co-pilot excellent coverage. My co-pilot is 5'9". Also the Jurock is tinted slightly and is the same width from the bottom to the top, pretty much, so better coverage in the nasty weather.
