I noticed on mine (Tour Premium) that the right saddlebag cover is pressing against the seat, while the left one is great (1/4" gap or so) - I looked at everything very carefully, and noticed that the entire assembly on the right side is further in than the left side - that is, the cover appears to be aligned correctly on the storage box, but the entire storage box is recessed on the right relative to the left side - it's like the top forward corner of the box needs to be shimmed out about 1/4" - has anyone tried removing the storage boxes to get at the mounts behind?

One more thing - took my seat off and looked at everything (with my almost-three year old "helping" me...) and measured and looked and measured - both saddlebag covers appear to be within 1/16" (maybe even less) of the same distance from center - moved the seat as far as it would go to the left, and relieved SOME of the interference, but it's still touching on the right, nearly 1/4" gap on the left - wondering if the issue is actually in the seat mold (the flare in the seat near the forward edge of the saddlebag cover). Sigh. Too much time messing with it on a Sunday afternoon.

I feel your pain, I was kinda concerned but don't have the time to allocate to nitpicking it or measuring it. I just wanna ride! NOW!
