A few weeks ago I saw 3 Victory Visions in the Chattahoochee National Forest along Highway 60. One was a Ness. I saw them again today on US 129, a.k.a. The Dragon. Was just wondering if any of them were on this forum?

If it was around 2 or 3 PM yesterday, it was the Southern Comfort Riders...They came up and rode Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon...One of them broke down and several of us (including the Dragon Riders Group) hung out at Deals Gap while the rest of them rode the Dragon...

Sorry to hear about the breakdown. Glad it was mechanical in nature, though. That is some beautiful country up there. My third time in as many weekends. Yesterday, after I went through the Hellbender, a couple of riders were injured and several ambulances were sent. I heard the guy went straight into a car when he couldn't negotiate the curve, came in it too hot. Takes forever up there for them to respond in those mountains. It seemed like the response time was around 15-20 minutes for both ambulances.

Does the whole group of you guys ride Visions or what? What city are you in? Are you located out of Knoxville? I'm in the Chattanooga area and it would be great to ride with other Vision owners! We just got a new dealer here called VP Powersports and I hope they stay in business. Had their grand opening this weekend. Test rode the new ones and it made my 08 feel like a dinosaur compared to the 2011's.

Keep the shiny side up and I hope to meet you guys sometime.

I was at Roar on the Shore in Erie Pa saw several Visions. Deer Crusher was on a Poker run and bit me with her Tip over. I lef t her in gear turned the key she jumped off the stand and the rear tipover pinned my right foot to the ground I was standing along side of her.

The pain was intense a Bear of a HD guy helped release me from my torment. Very embarrising move on my part.

The Tech's at Off Roads Victory of Erie PA recognized me at their tent at the main vendor area.

On Saturday, we passed a Vision rider - twice! - while riding in WV around US 33/220.
Yesterday we found another just a few miles from home in NJ on 519/Dark Moon Road!
I shudder to recall the Vision we saw Friday afternoon on I 78/81? in PA - ON A TRAILER.
Ah, he probably just bought it and was picking it up. No one would trailer a Vision, would they?

Yesterday with the Chicagoland Ride for Kids and besides my own Vision I saw at least two 3 other Visions including a 2011 silver/black that was blocking an intersection for the ride. I also spotted 1 Cross Country and 1 Cross Roads but there were probably more Victorys there that I missed.

I and a fellow Vision pilot friend and our wives just got back from the Dragon the first of July. It was a blast to run... have some neat photos of us on killboy.com for June 25th. Saw two not so fortunate riders that bit it and sent the county mountie to check on them. Had lots of nice comments about our rides. One GS 1000 rider that passed us said he never saw such a big bike two up make those kinds of moves! Great trip in the Smokies,, dont forget to hit HWY 28 out there too its right up there with the Dragon.

Might have been me in WV.  I was all over WV in that area Saturday and Sunday on a Black Vision.  I saw two Visions as well, one Ice Blue the other a sorta copper/gold color.

The Roar was great there was at least one ride a day,the vendors were very reasonable Donna bought a pair of riding glasses with self tinting lens and a half helmet.
There were tatoo artists and pinstripers as well as seat upholsters and LED light installers.

Both H-D and Victory had several models out for inspection and demo rides.

Joe is correct (cause he was there with us), it was Southern Comfort Victory Riders, a Georgia chapter of the VMC, on our annual Sunup to Sundown ride across the Skyway and Dragon.  Actually we do it several times a year.  Of the 50 or so members we have, I would say 20 people own Visions.  I was on the Ness Vision you saw with my bride to be....
