An interesting thread going on at Cyrils blog concerning Indian and a small-time HD parts bin "bike maker". The small time guy is known for ripping people off. I wonder how far he will get.

Some good comments after the story.

Btw....not complaining but would think there would be a better thread title other than "Interesting"

it is an interesting read and I'm curious what the outcome will be. Honestly, I don't know what the real beef is, other than when I went to CH's website it seems they are trying to mimic the bottlecap engine Indians were using in the King Mountain models. Even though the badges are similar I can see a distinct difference that throws the invasion in doubt IMHO.

Then POLARIS better go after the USAF for 'copywrite infringement' against the WW2 B-25 outfit in the 5th A.F. in the Pacific for their 'AIR APACHE' squadron logo GOOGLE IMAGE '345th B.G., 5th A.F. logo'

Looks like the stuff going on in the electronics industry. A few small companies sue and then the big companies settle out of court. Some of those small companies are making more money in these law suits then selling product. America, the land of the lawyers.
