Subject: New Steel Fender

Prescott, Az		I now can quit worrying about losing a plastic fender and losing my steering. This is the new Kewlmetal all steel fender with mounts that accomodate the running lights. With the new boards that light up and the red accents, I'm in love with her all over again. My next step will be to have HMD black out the front amber lenses. I'm toying with a single red pinstrip to follow the lines. The console was Hydro-dipped in a carbon fiber pattern. Opinions?

Prescott, Az		Hyrdro dipping is the same process they use to put camo on gunstocks. The pattern is on the surface of a tank of chemicals and the object is dipped into it and removed. The pattern sticks. It was only $50 and many patterns are available. I got mine done at Prescott Auto Body here in Prescott, Az. I imagine other shops are doing the process.

I believe the fender is low enough to deflect debris but if I'm wrong its a minor thing to put a madflap back ther. The fender is from Kewlmetal.com for $370. It will need painting. Mine is powdercoated which cost a lot less than filling and painting. The spotlights and the lighted longboards are also Kewlmetal.
