Found a picture before but can't find it again. I have a nice motorcycle floor jack but can't seem to find a good position to jack up my vision.. So unstable that I don't feel comfortable going up too far... Anyone have thoughts or pics of a good jack point for it?
Thanks
Bill

While I can't afford a motorcycle lift, many are out there, I do have a motorcyle jack. It will be more stable if you remove the truck and stuff out of your bags. Also, some have made wedges to level it out at the lift points and strapping it down helps to keep it from moving.

Like one guy put it, "It don't make no sense to trust your $25,000 motorcycle to a $100 jack." Some how I agree.

Click on the Articles tab above and then on Vision Mods from across the Pond, part two shows an arrangement for modified 2X4's under the Vision for the jack to pick it up straight........ This guy has it going on as far as I am concerned.

I made my own bike lifter and it is a pain lining up jacking points so I am considering buying one of these so I have a flat surface

Vision Case Protector

Vision Motor Protector Plate. When you lower your bike, this is a must . Helps protect the case of the motor from being damaged.

MADE FROM STEEL. POWDERCOATED

SKU Number: HMD-44
Price: $209.00
I would assume they are strong enough to lift the bike.
