Can i take my floorboards off without undoing the spring? There appears to be two bolts toward center of the bike can i just undo those? The spring looks tricky. 2011 Victory Vision Tour.

What are you trying to do? You could do it that way, but you'll have to take out the center bolt and slide out your rear brake assembly and the gearshift assembly to get them completely off. Are you trying to mount a set of factory highway peg plates? If so, they mount from the bottom, but you have to remove the rubber floor plate to put the bolts in from the top. Really easy to do.

We got them on, dont do me much good...but they are on. At 6ft 3in only thing they are good for is to allow me to spread my legs...another place to put my feet but not stretch out like i wanted......and under the Driver's floorboard are allen bolts, if you unscrew them the mount and floorboard drop right down. Then you can undo the Shifter peg and disconnect totally from the bike. We then were able to drill the holes for the peg plate without using a lift for the bike.

Oh I forgot, your year bike didn't come with holes in the floorboards like the '08-'09 did. Another alternative for highway pegs is sold at Arizona Victory. They have a bracket the fits under the tipovers and you purchase whatever pegs you want and attach them to that. This is what I have. I'm 6' with a 34 inch inseam and it works great for me.

J.B. Hatch pegs look nice and he's on here. Same idea, mount from the tipovers. Pretty Cheap too.
