To just say that "Victory does not honor their warranties." does not have much believability unless you can give more detail about why! Just another outsider trying to throw a wrench into the forum and try to make Victory look bad!

I've not had any problem with original 1yr or extended through 2 different bikes. Agreed the extended is a bit more particular, but to this day no issues. Got any more details to back up your comments?!?!?

Now I had my warranty issues on my 1999 V92C with its 1+3 year extended warrant but with patience and a good old fashion letter writtin' campaign we got it all worked out-My '09 Vision has had 2 warranty issues: dead radio & HID bulb fell out & was loose in the headlight module. Both problems were scheduled to be fixed and taken care of promptly.

i had my warrantys covered on Both my visions. No problems at all.. i even had my extended warranty cover a $900 part without question and i had the part in 72 hours!! so my guess is 1) you didnt read the fine print on what is and what is NOT covered or 2) you caused the problem and a warranty does not cover that....

One example, on my 08 i had a rear brake rotor go bad. I didNot READ the fine print so i went to my dealer and they told him over the phone the extended warranty does not cover that.. i was mad. i went home and READ the warranty and they were right.. if i would have read the warranty i could have saved myself a 53 mile drive (each way) and would have had less down time.. so to say victory doesnt cover their warrantys is pretty vague....

Well here's one. This problem started 1 month after i both this bike..

They (VICTORY) are going to let me cought up the Cash to fix this problem ..Cause i'm on my 5th broken headlight on my 2010 Vision.
Every one
of them crack at same place , upper right corner...No problem getting them change on
warranty, until NOW .. Victory (not the dealer) turn down the warranty..I Have
to pay from now on. . just whish that Victory would step up at the plate and
find a solution. For now Victory is hiding there head in the sand.. They can't
tell there dealers how to fix this problem..
As much that i like to ride
this bike... it's going to cost me 2 headlight per riding season.($1200.00)..no
way ..I'm starting to look at the good old reliable rice burner Goldwing..had
one for 23 years very low cust maintenance...It's just going to cost to much to
keep this bike on the road...
Sorry...had to vent ..
Don't get me wrong,
i love to ride this bike , just need a solution to fix this...

Something is obviously wrong somewhere and I would bet it is not with the light. This is probably why they don't want to "give" you another light. If there was a problem with just the light then a whole bunch of people would be having the same problem as yours and then they would probably would of had a team of engineers looking into it. Maybe your dealer needs to have them get a factory rep come down and watch the dealer install another headlight and see what could be going wrong or maybe they could even see if there is something else physically wrong with your headlight mounting area. Just a thought you might suggest to your dealer before you pay for the next headlight. The dealer "talking" to the factory and performing the work is not always the best situation. Believe me, I went round on round with a Ford dealership on a problem I had with a transmission and they were doing the same thing. Problem didn't get solved until I threatened them with claiming the truck under the Lemon Law and a Ford rep finally came down and seen the dealership wasn't even following the service manual to fix the problem to begin with.

Upper right corner , behind the mounting bracket , by the edges.

If the inside of your headlight does not fog up...your OK.

But if it those , it's 1 of two things. Either one of the rubber boots in the back
of the headlight is not set properly or you have a crack headlight .

For me it was cracks , 5 Headlights started small and got longer with water building up at the bottom of my HID.

Enough water to about half fill the HID light.Had to lift the front end of the bike and remove the rubber boot
to drain the water before it shorted out the HID light or the bike computer..
This could be a safety issue !
What is not correct is that Victory knows that there is a % of Vision out their that has this problem.
I WISH the engineers would look at it and find a solution , i would even take it to them, but no such luck. This problem started under the first polaris warranty not the extended one. Now that both warranty are gone , i'm stuck with the problem..Not a good customer service experience..The dealers were good to me, they tried to talk and reason with to the warranty service but THEY shut the door on this problem with my bike.
There was some threads on all the diffrent forum about this issue but kinda all vanish...hmmm!
But the problem is still there.
There is one other Vision around my location , same year 2010 . We log alot of miles together , for him it's not a issue.

First off, I am not a nut and I am back! The fairing below the windshield has a flaw in it. I was told by the dealer that Victory said they would replace the fairing for $90.00, which I was willing to pay. The dealer said wait I think I can get Victory to replace the part at no cost. I have waited for over two months. I got a call from the dealer that said Victory had no record of replacing the part. The dealer then sent Victory a copy of the e mail that clearly stated that Victory would replace the windshield fairing for $90.00 which I was willing to pay. Now Victory wants to charge me $336.00 for the fairing because the bike has some miles on it and something might have hit the bike. The bike and the pictures clearly show that the bike has not been hit. I have owned several japanese bikes a couple of Harleys and 2 victorys. The 2005 Kingpin had a saddle bag lid problem that the dealer had informed the mfg about at the time of purchase, agreed to replace after riding the bike a few weeks the warranty people refused to replace. You may thank I trying to start trouble and I am not. Just venting my feelings.

Thanks for giving us more info on your troubles. We still do not know what bike you have. We are wary of some who come and are only Trolls. You have a legitimate problem and most of us want to assist. What dealer? What bike/year model ......we can often help if we have details..sometimes warranty problems are not well addressed by the dealers .
