LED in position 1 blinks GREEN and LED in position 8 blinks RED. LED display shown when no injector signal is being inputted on channel 1. Display could be normally shown when just turning on the key to a vehicle which applies power to the injectors, but no injector signal is generated. Can also be displayed upon de-acceleration in some vehicles where the stock ECU shuts off the injectors. Could also signify an error in installation where the channel 1 connectors are loose or a possible break in the harness wiring.

Bike will start but acts like runs out of gas
Pssible bad Hot Shot?

I think he may be running an Arlen Ness Big Shot fuel controller, based on the last sentence / question.

Glad i found you. you guys look like you might know what Im baffled about.

My company is trying to get a LED video display for the outside of our building. we're still in the process of checking with the city to see if that's ok, BUT this guy's youtube: Led Video Displays says they cost $200,000 for the size we need?!

That CANT be right. Is it?

I mean, the resolution is soooo low, looks like you can wire a bunch of christmas lights together and make it for under $50!

haha.haha..
