I bought a used rear rim had it powder coated and now need pulley studs installed how does this work? Do I need the dealer to do this or can I do it myself?
the powdercoated rim came w/out the studs

I should have mentioned both rims are OEM victory vision rims 08 models. Thanks

Make it easy on yourself and head to the hardware store, get hardened metric bolts and torque to spec,, they changed then after they made mid year 09's I believe... I changed my powder coats with billet and did the same
