Looks great! I replaced my turn signals with clear this weekend, so this mod will have to wait for me until next winter!

Get a pic up Baadawg, was wondering what the black looks like with clears on it. I seen the smoke and that was looking good too!

Monkeyman - 2013-02-24 3:25 AM After listening to that vid, Thomas, it's almost impossible to tell you're from Wisconsin. :D

Okay I'm pegged a Wisconsinite ;-) ...but hey, sometimes I sound like I'm from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan ... EH! ... lol! ?? Do you have turn signal mods in your future?

I've been enough places, I don't have an accent anymore. I've been thinking about getting one.

I'm hoping for some sort of turn signal mods, either this or metal mans LED set up. We'll have to see how much money I can come up with. As it stands now, I don't even have enough to get me to AVR.

I had been waiting for somethin on the back before doing the front finally decided to just be differnt front and back and the clear lens really improved the appearance I thought. I was out about 300.00 for front end for signals, lens, and load EQ's. I guess I could put the amber lens up on EBay or something to help offset the cost.

Started a sep thread for what I am doing on the back. Stuff shipped this A.M. so MAYBE working on it this weekend.

Biggest MOD problem I have with the Vision is NOT riding it long enough to do something to it.. hehehe If there aint ICE, it's rolling!!!

I can't quite justify $300 for fancy front turn signals. I could justify $100 or so. Maybe I'll feel differently once I get some OT back at work.

No problem, here ya go! 50Watt 6ohm. Only need one for each side whether you daisy the 2nd light into a turn or not.

These look exactly like the Autolumination bulbs except they are less than 1/3 the cost. I don'y know if they are Alternating-Off or not.

They appear the same. Great find! If anyone was on the fence about the cost, you just made the conversion very affordable!!

Those are dual color (white and red), are the Autolumination bulbs also dual color?

Those do appear to be similar to autoluminations, and they are white and amber, but there is no way of telling if they are the amber-off or amber-white (amber-off turns the white off when blinking amber, amber-white alternate between amber and white when blinking).
I have tried several bulbs bought off ebay trying to 'save money' and have had a fairly high failure rate on those bulbs. they have also caused radio interference while blinking that I have not had with the autoluminations brand.
Three bulbs for the price of one is quite appealing though, let us know how they work.

The autolumination bulbs are also dual color (white and amber) but are $35 each. The Ali Express ones are $18.50/pair so $140 versus $37 for the front end. My only question has to do with their operation. The autlumination ones run alternating off (meaning white until the turn signal is operated then they flash amber/off until the turn signal is turned off providing, IMO, greater contrast than a flashing amber/white would).

They also look to be 1cm taller and may be harder to install.

That sounds like a switchback operation, which is not what I'm interested in. I want dual intensity reds for the rear of the bike. I already have the sequencing harness.... Neither the Ali Express nor Autolumination appear to suit my needs.

The 3157 bulbs from autolumination in red work great in the back (3157=dual brightness, 3156=off/on, 3157-switchback=dual color). I have the 10 watt Eagle Eye bulbs but have been thinking about upgrading to the 27 watt Osram ones.

Going to start a new thread for the rear LEDs. I think were getting some confusion here.

FWIW, just received and installed 120 SMD switchbacks found on Ebay for $30/pair. Just ordered 6 120 SMD RED for the back 6.99 each from Ebay. Grand total with shipping was less than $45 from China.

I have Gary's sequencing harness both front and rear. The fronts did NOT require a load equalizer.

Keep us posted on how these work for you Turk. May try some of those on the rear. Not happy with the 60's at all.
