I like the TireGard system. It has worked well for me, warned me of a low tire last year. Had a nail in the rear tire.

You may want to look at the new Garmin Zumo 390 or 590. Both will monitor tire pressure and alert you on the GPS screen when tire pressure changes.

I like the Doran, but the sensors are costly and need replacing about every 2-3 years. The Garmin's cost more to begin, but have replaceable batteries.

I have looked at the garmin, but I have the zumo 660 which you can not put the tire pressure system, which is a shame before updating garmin softwear juice to implement such system

i dont own one. but i have friends that do.. and i have heard of one common complaint.. (not with all models) just a common complaint. some do Not give real time readings.. then i have also heard complaints of incorrect readings
