| I recently purchased a 2008 Vision tour that had a stage 2 exhaust system already installed. The issue I have is that it is very quiet. I want some rumble! Is there a mod anyone knows of that will give me a louder, deeper sound without messing up the performance of the bike? |

Manchester, CT | there are threads on exhausts that should help you. do a search on exhausts and baffles. bottom line though, is going to new slip ons or exhaust system. I have witchdoctor's voodoos. there is a utube clip on how they sound |

Ruskin, Fl | I have them with the Atom Bomb mod. Sounds great, but not as loud as Ness Honkers I had on previous bike. I wish the were a little louder. |

Georgia, west of Atlanta | If you want superloud go with thunderstick slip ons. I had some, worked grea performance wise, just a little too much noice at highway speeds 75-85 mph.......... |

Peru, IN | I rode with an '08 with the S1L2 (I assume that's what you're referring to...never heard of Stage 2 exhaust). I thought it sounded just right. If you want to play around with the Thrush/Atom Bomb mod on a set of stock cans, I have a gutted pair of new cans plus the stock cans on my '12 I might be willing to trade for. |

New Orleans, La, | I have the S1L2 on my '08 and will sound better once broken in which takes a few Kmi.. I you look at Lloyds dyno graphs on his site the S1L2 pipes made the second best increases in hp and torque just behind the louder more obnoxious Thunder Stick. I was disappointed in the sound initially, but since broken in Ii'm pleased and I can roll 75-80 mp with the AVC set on low and vol. at 11 wearing a full face helmet. |
