I recently rode across the flattest part of Arkansas (rice farms) and averaged 48.1 mpg on the dash readout.  Stage 1/Level 1, no wind, cruise set at 65 mph. Went 251 miles non-stop and put in 5.2 gallons (both personal records).

I normally commute at 75 mph and have been getting 43-44 mpg.

Its hard to say for me living in Tucson. It really depends on the ride and where it takes me. Mountainous routes my mileage goes down but i seem to get the best when riding at about 2700 rpm. I vary from 47 to a high of 52 on Interstate 8 towards Yuma which is mostly flat.

I took a 1k ride. I got a little over 46mpg 1-up round trip. One leg was 225 mi. non stop. It took 4.8 gal. Problem is in parts of Nebraska fuel stops are far and few in between. I do love the range of this thing.

I think my personal best is somewhere around 45. It seems that it gets the best mileage in the 80+ ambient temp range. Below that it starts to drop. The cold months I was barely getting 38mpg, but mostly around 34-36mpg. That was going the speed limit of 60mph around here avg. I did see it hit on the readout 52, when I was on a ride doing 45 just about the whole way. The entire tank though averaged out to be about 42.

My best so far has been 49.9 (actual calculation) just putting around in the Arkansas hills. I generally average around 43 to 44. On the last ride I took with my buddy on his GL1800 and my son on his Suzuki Bandit, I got 43.6, the Goldwing got 40.5, and my son got 51.2. We all filled up at the same time at the same stations, and traveled the exact same roads and speeds. We used the mileage indicated on just one odometer (the Goldwing's) just so the resulting calculations would be relative.

I average in the mid to upper 40s on my bike. About 75% freeway speed (~70 mph), the rest main city arteries. Whenever possible I throw in some nice twisties in the mtns as well. With a good careful FILL up, I can go 235-250 miles before getting the low fuel indicator. At that point, I can fill and take 5 gallons. Done it many times.....

My best so far has been 44 mpg riding between about 45 and 55 mph. Otherwise, I seem to be getting between 36 and 38 mpg running between 65 and 70 mph. Based on much of the input I received on a previous mileage post, it could be the gas in California, but so far, that is the best I have seen. My Harley routinely got 40 to 42 mpg at around 70 mph, so I am not complaining, especially since the Vision has a 106 engine and is pulling an extra 200 lbs. But I have to admit that I am a bit envious of all of you who seem to routinely get such great mpg. Oh well.........

I had the best on the display to date, 42.7 MPG. I did put 4.95 gallons in on 202 miles, so my actual was about 40 MPG. I normally run 80-85 on the interstate. That might sound fast, but I still have a minivan or two pass me every morning at triple digits. I-75 is not for the faint of heart on a bike. I did just changed my oil at 2700, 300 before I was planning, but bike wasn't running too good. I bumped my tire pressure up from 30 front and rear to 40 rear and 38 front. Bike running great again.
