I think the oil in the server that services this forum is waaay too thick.  I can't believe how slow it moves at times.

Microsoft Server 2008 specifically calls for 5w-30 when the operating system temperature drops below 40F for an extended period of time. SATA hard drives also experience lubricant viscosity issues in colder weather. I recommend that a drive bay heater be added. Perhaps covering the oil cooler would get it out of the airstream and help the closed loop i/o system get passed the boot phase quicker.

No, I think actually it is the monitoring service they are using to make sure you don't say anything that is not motorcycle or Vision related, unless it is a motivational poster. Beware.....
